Mortex Hospitality provides consulting services in areas such as menu development, operational efficiency, marketing strategies, and staff training. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion.
Payment for consulting services must be made as outlined in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and any other methods specified. Clients will receive an invoice for services rendered, and payment is due upon receipt.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the scheduled consultation cost.
Mortex Hospitality strives to provide accurate information and reliable services. However, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service. We also cannot guarantee specific results from our consulting services.
All materials, methodologies, and tools developed by Mortex Hospitality remain the property of Mortex Hospitality. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent. Attribution to Mortex Hospitality is required when using any of our materials in public forums.
Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or promotion of spam is strictly prohibited. Mortex Hospitality reserves the right to terminate services for any client engaging in such conduct.
Mortex Hospitality reserves the right to disable access to our services for any client who violates these terms. We may also suspend or terminate services in response to unlawful or harmful behavior.
